WARREN—On Friday evening, July 11, the perimeter of the village green was packed with vehicles and milling crowds for the annual Old Home Weekend. Then, something unusual happened: Plymouth Fire and Rescue, lights flashing, sped down Route 25 and turned in at the site of the festivities.
