Housing project draws a crowd in Fairlee
FAIRLEE—A public hearing on Aug. 12 to discuss a proposed building project in Fairlee village was well attended. The Grange Room at the Fairlee Town Hall was packed. Jonah Richard of Real Hazen Construction, the local developer, said the proposal is to rehabilitate and construct 19 units of housing across two parcels.

Business Buzz: Pinnacle Sports expands into Woodsville
WOODSVILLE—Pinnacle Sports recently purchased the former Bossman Outdoors in Woodsville from Jeff Elliott. The Railroad Street store is the third Pinnacle location, after Newport and West Lebanon, added to the growing business operated by the Hooper family of Newport, New Hampshire.
