Land use rules draft is under fire

BRADFORD—Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission mystery mapping saga was not any clearer after the second of four public hearings on July 29. More than 50 members of
the public attended, both on Zoom and in person at the Bradford Academy auditorium. They came prepared with statements, complaints, and a big sign in the back row that read, “Property Rights are not up for negotiations.” They left feeling just as frustrated and disrespected as they had at similar meetings.
