Proposed cell tower draws criticism

BATH—A proposed cell tower just above Bath village continued to draw opposition during a public hearing on July 15. More than a dozen people attended the Bath Zoning Board of Adjustment hearing at Bath Village School on the proposal from Vertex Towers to develop a 160-foot telecommunications tower on privately owned land at 148 Pettyboro Road.
