In ‘Beyond Boundaries,’ artist charts her own course
BRADFORD—Tiffany Plamondon is a 37-year-old artist whose creativity takes an unusual journey from the mind’s eye. The resulting paintings by Plamondon will be the focus of her first solo art show, “Beyond Boundaries,” opening Sunday, Jan. 19 at The Space on Main in Bradford.
Area towns eye weatherization projects
There will be a mini-construction boom at Vermont town office buildings over the next two years. Eight local municipalities have received Municipal Energy Resilience Program Implementation grants ranging from $47,520 to $437,718. They are Bradford, Corinth, Groton, Newbury Town, Newbury Village, Topsham, Vershire, and West Fairlee.
Man reportedly attempts abduction
Police are looking for a a black male, between 5’9”-6” tall, wearing a green sweatshirt who attempted to abduct a woman on Jan. 1 in Bradford. Union bid held off for now
NORTH HAVERHILL—Haverhill municipal employees have withdrawn a petition to form a union. In August, the New Hampshire State Employees Association/SEIU 1984 filed a petition with the New Hampshire Public Employee Labor Relations Board seeking to form a new bargaining unit on behalf of 20 Haverhill staff members.
