NH school cellphone ban signed into law

In a political rebound for Gov. Kelly Ayotte, legislators voted on June 26 to largely prohibit the student use of cellphones in public schools, opting for the strictest “bell-to-bell” measure — a policy the governor had tirelessly championed since her inauguration.
