Local woman leads police on high-speed chase

ST. JOHNSBURY—A Groton woman is facing numerous criminal charges in New Hampshire and Vermont after she allegedly stole a truck and led police on a two-state chase before crashing on I-91 in Barnet on Jan. 30.
