Judge finds plea deal is too lenient in fraud case

BURLINGTON—The federal court sentencing of an Orange County businessman and musical promoter, who defrauded customers at his custom van shop out of nearly $500,000, was postponed when he tested positive for drugs as his hearing was starting last Friday.
