Historic village home to open new chapter

HAVERHILL CORNER—Missie Anscomb’s decades-long dream of owning a large home and helping kids is nearing fruition.
Missie and her husband, Mike, originally from South Carolina and Michigan, respectively, own The River House in Haverhill. Built in 1791, the 12,000 square-foot home and attached barn is a beloved fixture on the North Common.
