County courthouse plans advance

NORTH HAVERHILL—A design for a new courthouse in North Haverhill has been proposed to the Grafton County Commission.
The architectural firm, Lavallee Brensinger Architects, is recommending a nearly 65,000-square-foot building with a projected cost of $47,383,337. The building will be constructed in the parking area serving the existing courthouse, which is a little over 44,600 square feet.
