Rivendell budget wins approval

ORFORD—Residents from four towns in two states came together on March 21 at the Rivendell Academy gymnasium in Orford for the district’s first in-person annual meeting since 2019. The $14,748,296 operating budget was approved 134-111 in a paper ballot vote, but not before extensive discussion, and pointed criticism of the school board, on the proposal.

Expo returns after long absence

BRADFORD—After a nearly 20-year hiatus, the Expo returns to River Bend Career and Technical Center this weekend on March 31 from 3 to 8 p.m. and April 1 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Bradford.
