Precinct to contest DRA decision
WOODSVILLE—Woodsville precinct has appealed the decision by the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration to invalidate two financial appropriations approved by voters at town meeting in Haverhill in March. The DRA will hold a hearing on the appeal on Aug. 1.
